Trattoria Timone Description

The menu will be extended to include some more regional Italian dishes using as always the best quality ingredients that we hope you will enjoy. A new feature we are pleased to offer is the opening of our martini lounge which will offer wireless internet access, oyster and seafood bar, offering a number of red and white wines by the glass, some imported and micro brewery draft beer, and of course a selection of martini’s. Our new dining room will also include a private room which can hold up to 60 people. Our kitchen will really have a chance to shine in our new location because of the space, Chef Michel will be bringing on a number of apprentices and together will be preparing everything on the premises, such as artisan breads, an assortment of fresh pasta’s, Gourmet Stone Oven Pizzas, all desserts and ice creams.

What an awesome surprise in east Oakville; food quality, ambience, service, was fantastic, comparable to any of the top restaurants in downtown Toronto. We will definitely be coming back.

This place is a hidden jewel in the AMC complex. With Cuisine from the Mediterranean Island of Sardinia. I tried the Sardinian ravioli and it was amazing. My husband had the Beef Tenderloin and was so amazed that we have reservations to come back in a week. A wonderful fine dining Italian restaurant. Our Server was Italian, and he was so amazing, and courteous. He told us all about the family that works together. A true success story. We received a warm welcome from the minute we entered the restaurant. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. They really have it together, from service to cuisine. I highly rate this place! Go try! You wont be dissappointed.

Trattoria Timone is by far the best restaurant, for so many reasons. Firstly, the atmosphere is unlike any other, The service is highly professional, the quality of the food is extraordinary, and I personally love the family dynamic within the restaurant. The chef and his wife are very committed to the business and it is shows in the way they interact with each employee and customer; it is very welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant because there is no other like it!

I have traveled to most of europe, and especially Italy, and this fine dining Italian restaurant on the border of Oakville and Mississauga was very authentic with its pastas, salads, thin crust pizza's, and grilled seafoods. We tried a few times their steaks and were also excellent. We will definitely come back again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Great Food, Ambiance and Service. Chef Michael is a true artist in Italian Cuisine. A taste of Italy in Oakville worth visiting. We can't wait for our next outing to this restaurant. Highly recommend it to food lovers. Leo 16/08/11
